    Request to Enable App Events (Timeline events) for dev account weya.ai (ID: [ID here])

    Hello HubSpot Support team,


    I’m building a HubSpot Marketplace app and I’m unable to enable App Events (timeline events) for my developer account. When I create a project using the HubSpot CLI and select Distribution → On the HubSpot marketplace, the Projects wizard shows that App Events is disabled for my account with the following message:









    – [DISABLED] App Events – The account weya.ai [dev account]  does not have access to this feature. 



     

    Example of the command I ran:

Distribution ‘marketplace’ not allowed. – [DISABLED] App Events – The account weya.ai [dev account]  does not have access to this feature. – [DISABLED] Home – The account weya.ai [dev account]  does not have access to this feature. 


     

    I need App Events enabled for this developer account so I can create and test timeline events (the Projects “App Events” feature) while developing a public/marketplace app.







    What I’ve tried




    • Running hs project create and selecting On the HubSpot marketplace for distribution (App Events still disabled).




    • Ensured I’m running the Projects CLI flow (I can share CLI logs if needed).

    1. Please enable App Events (timeline events) for developer account weya.ai (ID: [ID here]), or




    2. If additional account requirements are needed (Partner account, sandbox, feature flag, or verification steps), please tell me the exact steps required so I can get the account upgraded/approved.




    I can provide any additional logs, screenshots, or account information you need. Thank you — I appreciate your help enabling this feature so I can continue development.
