We’re having a real problem getting clear GA4 reports for UTMs from HubSpot. Needing to build a funnel report.
We run A/B email testing and need to differentiate between the emails through to add to cart and conversion. Our website is hosted on WordPress.
However when we use HubSpot CTA’s the reporting stops at campaign level.
We have added tracking URLs to a CTA which seems to completely break the reporting somehow, and adding a tracking URL to a normal button means we lose some of the ability to report on CTA’s or use them as trigger actions within HS.
Any solutions are greatly appreciated.
