Hey everyone!

Does anyone have a good submission on how to display form submissions on the contact record? Meaning a more centralized place to look to see all of the form submission of a contact over time and what form it was? Right now my team is having a hard time Identifying this and having to scroll aimlessly through the activity timeline to find it and it is time-consuming.
