I recently completed the Digital Marketing course on HubSpot Academy, but my certificate is not generating. When I try to access it, I see a message like “Hang tight while your certification loads”, and it never loads completely.

I have tried waiting, reloading the page, and using different browsers, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in accessing or generating my completed certificate?
