Outlook Add-in Not Consistently Logging Emails or Deals

Hi,
For a long time now, I’ve been having issues with the HubSpot Outlook add-in:

  • It frequently logs me out, sometimes after just a few deals so I have to log in again multiple times a day.

  • Even when logged in, some emails aren’t logged in HubSpot or don’t show up in the associated deal record.

  • This happens randomly and disrupts my workflow.

Is there any way to fix this or any updated version I should be using? I’m using the desktop version of Outlook on Mac, but it was same before on Windows too.
