I’m trying to track the exact date and time when contacts opted in to receive marketing communications. Is there a way in HubSpot to see when a contact gave their opt-in consent?

Specifically, I want to:

1. Identify the date/time each contact opted in

2. Use this data for segmentation or reporting purposes

If anyone can share how to access this information, whether through properties, reports, or workflows, I’d really appreciate it.
