We have deals where multiple companies are essentially “bidding” on the same acquisition. Each company progresses through its own set of stages within that one deal.
- Is there a way in HubSpot to track each associated company’s individual progression through the deal stages, rather than just the overall deal stage?
- Can we display each company’s current stage directly on the deal record?
- Is there a way to visually show each company’s progression (for example, a 6-stage process) in a format like a progress bar, so we can quickly see how far Company X, Company Y, and Company Z have each progressed within the same deal?
Essentially, we want the ability to track and visualize parallel progress for multiple companies tied to a single deal. Is there a native feature for this, or would it require customization/workarounds?
