I set up a contact us form (we’re a B2B company) and currently, all connected properties are on contact level. Are there any best practices for the setup? I’d be especially interested in:
- How can I automatically create new company records? I enabled automatic contact creation if the email address is unknown. How should I setup the forms so that a company record is also created or connected to an existing one? I currently only have the company name on contact level (single line text) connected to forms.
- Should I include company domain as a field or is email address – that often shares the same company domain – sufficient?
