Hi everyone,
During our lead qualification process, we have certain company properties defined that should be populated to assess lead potential. Since sales is working on lead and deal level, populating properties on company level doesn’t feel natural.
Therefore, I was wondering if you have any best practices to make sure that sales populates this information without me having to remind them all the time? Workflows? Arranging company properties in a certain way? Duplicating company properties on lead/deal level and having a workflow copy the values to company level?
I’m aware that there’s a playbook function where you can add questions and properties as answers but this is not part of our subscription sadly (Sales Hub Professional).
