I’ve been testing out different email marketing software lately and wanted to get some feedback from others who are more experienced. So far, here are a few I’ve tried:

GetResponse – My #1 pick for 2025. It’s trusted by 400,000+ businesses and has really stepped up its AI-driven features. The platform covers everything from automation workflows and list management to landing pages, webinars, and advanced analytics. Honestly, it feels like the most complete solution out there right now.

Mailchimp – Solid for beginners and small businesses, though it feels a bit limited compared to newer, more data-driven tools.

ActiveCampaign – Still one of the better options for automation workflows, but can get pricey if you’re looking to scale.

Each has strong features for automations, audience management, and reporting, but I’m curious if I’m missing out on anything better.
