Certification Not Loading After Course Completion

I completed and passed the Content Marketing certification on September 15, 2025 (score: 53/60), but my certificate is stuck on the “Hang tight while your certificate loads” screen. I’ve already logged out, cleared cache, and tried different browsers, but it’s still not showing under my certifications.

Could you please help me access or re-issue the certificate?
