Our service team relies quite heavily on our connected inbox in Hubspot. Because of the AWS server issues, we wanted to send out an email to our customers and suppliers, informing them that we had limited availability due to the AWS issues.

Is it possible to send out these kind of emails to non-marketing contacts? We could only find the functionality to send the people in the list a marketing-mail, but then we would have to turn all those contacts into marketing contacts. And I don’t think this is a marketing mail: This is not a mail that we want people to be able to unsubscribe from, because we want to use it for escaltion or service disruption mails.

I read about transactional mails, but I believe those are meant to be 1-to-1 mails, while this is a 1-to-many email. We are struggeling to find out which mails require marketing-contacts and which ones don’t.
