It would be extremely helpful for accounts that use the Brands add-on to have a folder system within HubSpot for organizing marketing email templates. Our company is the parent account for multiple brands, and we create approved content from the corporate team for our brands to use. However, without a folder system in marketing email templates, we are approaching organization-chaos with too many saved templates and no way to organize or sort them to make navigating easier.
We can’t create actual emails for the brands to clone and use as there’s a risk of one brand unintentionally modifying the original email. We have to use saved marketing email templates, especially as we have multiple HubSpot accounts to handle all of ou brands and shared corporate-made content between accounts.
Additionally, the brand users are also using marketing email saved templates for their content as well.
