Has anyone had any luck or found any work around to log & track emails sent from deskpro in hubspot?

We use Deskpro as our ticketing system for support & sales enquiries and have recently set the sales team up with the HubSpot outlook extension to log emails sent via outlook.

However, all web enquries land in deskpro and there isn’t a Bcc option to add the HubSpot tracking email address.

Deskpro have their own integration but it only allows you to check HubSpot activities in Deskpro but not Deskpro activies in HubSpot
